Success stories of pilot LEADER projects


The following success stories describe briefly a few of the pilot projects implemented by LEADER within the LEADER Programme in the Republic of Moldova. In 2018 were implemented more than 160 projects with a budget of approx. 330.000,00 Euro. Implementation of the LEADER approach in Moldova started in 2015/2016 with the involvement of different partners and with support of several donors (including EU, HEKS MOLDOVA, Polish aid, USAID, UK Aid and Estonian MFA).
